ALBAYDHA, MAKKAH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA, 17 November – In a letter addressed to the Governor of Makkah HRH Prince Khalid Alfaisal, H.E. Minister of Housing Majid Al-Hogail approved the commencement of construction for the Albaydha Housing Project, beginning with 439 housing units.
Katerra has been appointed as the contractor for the Makkah Region. Their contract with Developmental Housing includes the
Albaydha Housing Project as a flagship and priority project. The building technology of choice is a high quality and highly durable with pre-cast modular concrete.
HRH Princess Haifa Alfaisal, Founder of the Albaydha Housing Project, stated, “We thank the Ministry of Housing for their efforts and commitments towards the Albaydha Housing Project and Albaydha families.”
