ALBAYDHA HOUSING PROJECT

ALBAYDHA HOUSING PROJECT

The Albaydha Housing Project is the national pilot of developmental housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are delivering co-defined homes to the families of Albaydha grounded in research and guided by the principles of equitability, ethics, and inclusivity.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Founded by HRH Princess Haifa Alfaisal, the Albaydha Housing Project serves as the national pilot for developmental housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Housing and key stakeholders.
Using human-centered high participatory research, the Albaydha Housing Project is committed to co-defining and delivering a community-centered masterplan and high quality sustainable housing to the people of Albaydha to effectively exit poverty.

The community-centered homes and masterplan have been co-defined with the community using high participatory research methods, developed in partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Housing and key stakeholders.

The Albaydha Housing Project aims to improve quality of life by enabling sustainable human development and socio-economic growth, centered on community needs and culture.

We publish high participatory research on co-defined housing and masterplanning in the Albaydha Housing Project, which informs engineering designs, community development strategies, social investment models, and governance.

Data that represents the many voices of the people of Albaydha has been one of the most marking investments we could have made to safeguard and serve the community.
